Order Cancellations & Returns – Zend It Auto Parts

At Zend It Auto Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only for items that are found to be faulty or defective. Any faults must be reported to us immediately so that we can arrange the return and issue a replacement if necessary.

Reporting Damaged or Faulty Items:
Customers must notify Zend It Auto Parts of any product defects or damage sustained during transit within 48 hours of receiving their order.

Please note, damage resulting from incorrect installation is not covered under warranty.

Non-Returnable Items:
Returns will not be accepted for electrical items under any circumstances.

Third-Party Delivery Responsibility:
Zend It Auto Parts is not responsible for goods once they have been handed over to a third party (couriers, freight companies, logistics agents, etc.), and a receipt of dispatch has been obtained.

Liability Limitation:
Our liability is limited to replacing goods proven to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Return Conditions:

  • All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (including invoice number, date, and product details) must be included with any return.
  • Products returned for credit must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
