Terms of Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Credit Card (A copy of valid ID and the front/back of the card may be required for verification)
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • EFTPOS
  • PayPal

Pricing

  • All listed prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable).
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery.
  • Aftermarket, non-genuine parts are intended for race use only and may not comply with ADR standards, unless otherwise specified.

Conditions of Dispatch

  • Zend It Auto Parts is not a common carrier. Ownership and responsibility for goods (including freight charges) transfer to the customer once dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Orders are shipped via our trusted freight partners, or a courier nominated by the customer (subject to handling and packaging fees as required).
  • Freight charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Terms

  • Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
  • Any product used in motorsport or competition voids its warranty.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
  • All new items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable), effective from the original date of purchase.
  • Faulty items must be returned to Zend It Auto Parts for inspection before a warranty claim can be processed.
  • Zend It Auto Parts does not cover labour costs or consequential damage caused by defective parts.
  • Warranty covers replacement of defective parts only, based on manufacturer assessment.
  • Goods remain the property of Zend It Auto Parts until payment is made in full.

Credits & Refunds Policy

Credits or refunds are issued at the discretion of management, and only under the following conditions:

  • Approval must be obtained in writing before goods are returned.
  • Approved returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • Goods must be returned to Zend It Auto Parts in resalable condition.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase, including the invoice number and reason for return.
  • Items must be complete, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, and items must be sent freight pre-paid.
  • A 15% handling/restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
  • Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price.

Non-Returnable Items

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Electrical items
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Special order items
  • Express air-freighted items
  • Products not purchased from Zend It Auto Parts
  • Clearance or discounted sale items
  • Items that have been dismantled or damaged

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, you agree to the above Terms & Conditions of Sale, which form the basis of our business relationship. Zend It Auto Parts reserves the right to refuse credit or returns without explanation.

Please note: Receipt of goods at our warehouse does not constitute acceptance of a return or guarantee of a credit or refund.
