Shipping Methods

All orders from Zend It Auto Parts are dispatched using Australia Post services from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia. Depending on the order and destination, we use:

  • Australia Post Standard Post
  • Australia Post Express Post

All parcels are trackable, and tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can follow the progress of your shipment through the Australia Post online tracking system.


Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, provided the item is in stock.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
  • During peak periods (e.g., public holidays, Christmas, or New Year), processing and delivery times may be longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • The size and weight of your order
  • The delivery destination
  • The chosen shipping option

If you require express delivery, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Simply select Express Post at checkout.


Insurance

By default, orders shipped via Australia Post are not insured. If you would like your order to be insured, especially for items valued over $100. Please let us know when placing your order. Insurance is optional and will incur an additional charge based on the parcel value and Australia Post's rates.


Delivery Delays

We strive to deliver all orders on time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Public holidays and seasonal peaks
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Australia Post network disruptions
  • Customs clearance (for any future international shipments)

If we become aware of any delay affecting your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.


Special Orders

Some custom or specialised items may require additional lead time before shipping. These may include:

  • Special order performance parts
  • Custom-built components
  • Bulk or oversized items

We’ll contact you directly with an estimated dispatch timeframe if your order includes any special-order products.
