The ACL Race Series 4M2633H-.25 is the main bearing set for VQ35DE engines where the crankshaft has been reground 0.25mm undersize. This is not a drop-in replacement it is specifically for engines with a machined crank, delivering the same F780 Trimetal construction and micron-tolerance manufacturing as the standard Race Series set, matched to a 0.25mm undersize journal diameter.
When a VQ35DE crankshaft shows wear, scoring, or out-of-round journals beyond the limits of a standard bearing, the crank is reground 0.25mm undersize and fitted with oversize bearings to restore correct oil clearance. The 4M2633H-.25 is the ACL Race Series solution for that application the same quality as the STD set, sized for the machined crank.

Only for use with a crankshaft reground 0.25mm undersize. Fitting oversize bearings to a standard size crank will result in incorrect oil clearance and bearing failure. Always verify crankshaft journal diameter with a micrometer before ordering. Confirm the correct oversize with your engine machinist before purchasing.

Fits the VQ35DE engine only with a crankshaft reground 0.25mm undersize. Does not fit the 2007 to 2008 350Z HR with the VQ35HR engine. Please confirm crankshaft size with your machinist before ordering.
