The pivot ball is the fulcrum point of the entire clutch actuation system, and a worn or corroded one introduces slop and inconsistency into every clutch pedal input. The ClutchPro APBNI06 is a direct OEM replacement clutch fork pivot ball for the Nissan 350Z DE manual transmission, restoring the precise pivot action the clutch fork depends on for accurate, consistent release.
The pivot ball sees constant load and movement every time the clutch pedal is pressed. It is one of the most overlooked components in the clutch system and one of the easiest and cheapest to replace while the gearbox is already out. ClutchPro recommend always replacing it at clutch service time.

Clutch pedal adjustment required after installation. The clutch pedal height must be set correctly after any clutch component replacement. Inspect the clutch fork, dust boot, and associated hardware while the gearbox is out and replace anything showing wear.
