Genuine Nissan 13070-8J14C is the right-hand upper tensioner for the 350Z VQ35DE's short camshaft timing chain. It helps keep that chain correctly tensioned. Replace it if the tensioner is worn or damaged, or when a timing-system repair calls for a new tensioner.
