Genuine Nissan right-hand upper timing chain tensioner for the 350Z VQ35HR and 370Z VQ37VHR. It maintains tension on the right-hand camshaft chain. Replace a faulty or worn tensioner during a timing chain repair to help keep the chain properly controlled.
