Driveline clunk, shudder on take-off, and slack in the drivetrain are all signs the rear diff mount bushings are done. The Nolathane 49225 is a full replacement front diff mount bushing purpose-built in polyurethane for the 350Z and 370Z platform, pressing out the worn factory rubber and locking the differential firmly in place for clean, direct power delivery.
Worn diff mounts are one of the most common and most satisfying fixes on an aged 350Z or 370Z. The difference before and after is immediately noticeable. Cleaner gear changes, sharper throttle response, and a drivetrain that feels connected rather than sloppy.

Clean mating surfaces before installation. Nolathane note that incorrect fitment and unclean mating surfaces are the primary cause of noise from polyurethane bushings. Thoroughly clean the housing before pressing in the new bushing. If the factory bushing is still structurally intact, see the Nolathane 49226 insert kit as a simpler alternative.
