Project Mu PCR09 Club Racer rear brake pads are developed for circuit driving where consistent braking, heat resistance and precise pedal control are required. The competition-focused compound operates from 300–800°C and is not recommended for normal street use.

Factory Brembo-equipped models use a different rear pad profile. The rear rotor specification also changed during 2005: vehicles built up to September 2005 use the early rotor, while vehicles built from October 2005 use the later rotor.
