The trailing arm front bushing is the primary pivot point for the entire rear trailing arm — it controls how the arm moves fore and aft under acceleration and braking. When it wears, the rear end loses composure and tyre wear becomes unpredictable. The Whiteline W62985 replaces both with advanced synthetic elastomer that holds the arm firmly in its designed arc.
The trailing arm front bushing takes constant fore-aft load every time you accelerate or brake. OEM rubber fatigues over time and the arm starts to wander — replacing it is one of the most effective rear-end refreshes you can do.
Engineered specifically for the rear axle trailing arm front position across the 350Z, 370Z, and the full Z/Skyline/Stagea family, this kit replaces both sides in one go. Press tool required. Bushing installation requires a press. Whiteline recommends using the WTK001 Press In/Out Kit with the specified sleeves and plates for correct fitment (M16 threaded rod). Professional installation recommended if you don't have access to a press.
